CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation of the order please provide a minimum of 3 working days' notice before the pick-up/delivery date for orders below $8,000. For orders above $8,000 a minimum of 5 working days' notice is required. Cancellation within the minimum cancellation period will incur a 100% non-refundable charge and no exchange. 

LATENESS 
HABITU is not to be held responsible for delays in the event of unusual traffic, obstruction from public activities, building security obstruction, waiting time of the building lift or any unforeseen circumstances. 

TYPHOON AND RAIN STORM ALERT
In the event of Typhoon Signal 8 or above, or Red Rain Storm Warning or above, both parties reserve the right to postpone the event and reschedule to another date that is convenient for both parties (within 3 months). Refunds will not be accepted. 

LOSS & DAMAGES 
The client agrees to compensate at the cost of each item for any loss, breakage, damage of items rented. All items are supplied on a rental basis only and remain the sole property of HABITU. For any unreturned items, a daily rental fee applies, this fee is calculated based on the rental fee on the invoice. 

STAIRS AND SLOPES
For buildings without lifts or for the product that can only access through staircases or slops, there will be an additional delivery charge of $500 per floor, up to 2 floors. The client is responsible to inform HABITU before confirming the invoice.  HABITU reserves the right to any final decisions. 

UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS 
HABITU reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range. HABITU undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after definite registration of the order. In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, HABITU undertakes to inform the client of this fact as quickly as possible by email.
